★•**•★Maxwell Mysteries★•**•★

The news I've been hoping to share for a while now and to be honest, release before now but life has been so hectic so far this year, my feet have barely touched the ground. Now I am hoping things will settle down and I can crack on with what's important...

 ★•**•★Death at the Chocolate Factory★•**•★

The long awaited book #3 in the Maxwell Mysteries is coming soon.... very soon! I had hoped to have it out by now but Easter was early and I really didn't get my but into gear until recently. It's now in the paperback proof reading stages so I feel confident enough to FINALLY give you a release date.

**Drum roll**

**Coming**

MONDAY 16TH MAY 2016

Who would want to kill one of the kings of chocolate? April can’t quite work it out. He was a well liked man, good husband, father and brother… he only wanted to retire and spend the rest of his days with his wife. What was so wrong with that?

It seems someone thought there was something wrong with that and decided to take action but who? No one was seen entering or leaving the chocolate factory and Ray Danbury was already dead when the first person was seen arriving. Everyone has alibis but they also have motive.

The case is confusing the hell out of April and there’s also the added extra of her new flatmate Duke, which isn’t going so well and whose idea was it to have DI Johnson stand-in while Briggs is away? Can DI Maxwell solve the case or will she have to walk away before she commits a crime of her own? She knows one thing for sure, her fortnight couldn’t possibly get any worse.

Pre-order links will be up around mid-April so keep your eyes peeled.

**Future Maxwell Mysteries**

I have outlined the next FOUR books for April and let me tell things are going to get bumpy for our detective. Well we couldn't have you or her get bored now could we? I have started writing book #4 already, which will be Christmas themed so I am hoping for a December 2017 release. Ideally, I would like a December 2016 release but unless I get it finished pretty soon, I can't see that happening as I have other books in the pipeline that need editing, proof reading and releasing this year!

If you're not up to speed on the Maxwell Mysteries, then why not? Get downloading now!!

Book #1

DI April Maxwell is like a dog with a bone especially when there’s a case to solve or a criminal to catch. She lives for her job and she’s bloody good at it so when she is forced to take leave she can’t think of anything worse. After the first day, she’s bored and it seems her one and only solution is to, well, actually take a holiday.

April packs a bag and heads to the New Forest to visit her family but when a boy band member turns up murdered, it isn’t long before she’s on the case. April makes it her mission to find out who killed Kai Williams whilst dealing with her over opinionated mother, a grieving teenage niece and gorgeous ex-boyfriend living next door.

As she closes in on the killer, the killer closes in on her and the rivalry between April and her perfect little brother heats up. It becomes survival of the fittest but there’s just one problem – April has never been very fit but she hasn’t let a thing beat her yet.

Book #2

As the sun sets across London, DI April Maxwell arrives back from three week’s leave but she’s barely through her front door when she receives a phone call to say a top notch jewellers has been robbed in Piccadilly.

Abounding her unpacking because there’s always tomorrow, April jumps back in her car and races across London to where she is needed. Before she knows it, she finds herself knee deep in another case and the closest she thinks she gets to solving it, the further away she becomes.

With a forever thickening plot and too many suspects to get her head around, April finds herself distracted by a sexy fireman, a stalking cat and who the hell keeps parking in her space outside her flat? There’s only so much April can take but not before she catches a jewel thief.
